It depends on the model and household — air purifier filters are typically replaced every 6–12 months, and water purifier cartridges every 3–8 months. Your product manual gives an exact schedule, and we send a reminder email ahead of time.
Yes. Most models are available on a monthly rental plan that bundles the unit, filters and servicing into one payment, alongside standard one-off purchase pricing.
Air purifiers and bidets are plug-and-play or simple retrofit jobs you can do yourself with the included guide. Under-sink water purifiers can be booked in for a paid installation visit if you'd rather not do the plumbing connection yourself.
Core units typically carry a 2–3 year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, handled locally by our UK support team. Filters and cartridges are consumables and aren't covered once in use.
Most in-stock units are dispatched within 2–4 working days across mainland UK. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
